Food safety is under the spotlight worldwide, putting enormous responsibility on governments and businesses to protect consumers and customers. Keeping food safe however is a complex endeavor that is only getting more complicated. A crisis in one country or part of the supply chain can often affect the other. Such interdependence calls for a commitment to share knowledge, experiences and solutions to strengthen food safety.
