The Leibniz Institute for Neurobiology will organize this year from the 27th to the 30th of August the 3rd LIN Symposium 'Translating synaptic activity into neuronal plasticity'. The meeting will cover several different aspects of synaptic and neuronal function and we will have a group of excellent speakers like in the previous two conferences ( The meeting will take place this time in the pittoresque old Hanse town of Tangermünde and the number of participants will be limited to approximately 120. We can therefore promise an interesting small conference with intense discussions in a relaxed atmosphere. We will have approx. 25 talks of about 40 min each including discussion and three poster sessions. Registration will be open soon.
